Bogor Botanical Gardens or Bogor Botanical Gardens is a large botanical garden located in Bogor City, Indonesia. It covers 87 hectares and has 15,000 species of trees and plants.
At present the Bogor Botanical Gardens are visited as a tourist spot, especially on Saturdays and Sundays. Around the Bogor Botanical Gardens scattered scientific centers namely Herbarium Bogoriense.
One of the main attractions of the Bogor Botanical Gardens is the carcass flower (Amorphophalus titanum) because the moments approaching bloom will give off a strong smell of carcass. This flower can reach 2m high and is the largest compound flower in the plant world.
