Excellent!! The tour course is appropriate, not too long, the guide and the driver are very kind and friendly.

(Overland Sumatera-Bali) Adhit performed very well! He couldn't know everything on our route because neither him, nor Anto nor you Bram had been (in parts) on this route before. He was flexible and tried to find out on the spot always. All good. We have to change some of the hotels. We should think for next year about, if we include bukit Lawang, what we should do with the blue fire at Mt Ijen, change the route between ponorogo and Malang. I am happy to do this tour with Adhit again in 2018.

Secara umum trip kami sebenarnya menyenangkan, meskipun ada kendala tapi bisa kita solusikan bersama dengan baik.

Ada beberapa usulan dari saya agar butik trip lebih baik lagi yaitu:
1. Pengecekan ulang makan peserta sebelum trip (contoh kemaren pada saat kedatangan, kita belum prepare makan siang).
2. Pengecekan ulang koneksi internet di ruang meeting (contoh kemaren koneksi internet kurang bagus di ruang meeting).
3. Pengecekan ulang kondisi moda transportasi yang digunakan, dalam hal ini kapal (misalnya mesin dan ketersediaan air kapal utk perjalanan) terutama kapal yang belum pernah digunakan oleh butik trip sehingga diharapkan meminimalisir terjadinya gangguan pada saat perjalanan, kalo perlu dibuat perjanjian dengan kapalnya apabila terjadi sesuatu sudah ada kapal cadangan yang bisa menggantikan dengan kualitas yg sama.
4. Menyiapkan Plan B untuk tujuan wisata utama apabila sudah maksimal di poin 3 namun masih terkendala (contoh kemaren tujuan wisata utama pulau padar kita pindah ke hari ke-3 dengan speedboat).

Beberapa hal yang berkesan bagi saya yaitu :
1. Pada saat kapal ada masalah langsung menggunakan kapal pengganti yang lebih bagus (nice move :D )
2. Optimalisasi Makan di Hotel, di mana terjadi pergeseran waktu karena kondisi waktu namun masih bisa dirasakan oleh peserta trip (Lunch Hotel Loccal diserahkan dalam bentuk kotakan ke peserta sebelum kepulangan).

Words cannot describe how grateful I am for your help in putting together this trip to see your beautiful country in such short notice. In all of my travel I have never ever experienced such professional and personal care like the one you have provided. You certainly set a unique and high standard very difficult if not impossible to beat. To have dedicated, polite and knowledgeable guides like Husain, Rafael @ Tirta made big difference in making the trip even more enjoyable and memorable, I felt like I was traveling with friends. I am also grateful for you and Dini to take the time and meet me at the airport yesterday, it made feel like I was coming back home.
Now I am at the airport waiting for my flight.
Thank you again for your kindness and iI certainly look forward to contact you to organize another trip in the very near future.

The driver is driving really well..but he was mostly did job description as driver, not as guide and could not speak english as mentioned in offering. Butik Trip is quite flexible in arranging things and communicative enough, but we had missunderstanding about meal in the island. Honestly, the quality of the meal were not as we expected. It was spicy and not yummy. No young coconut and fruit. So I thought it was over price though. Another miss communication was about our plan to visit Way Kambas. We were just informed that the elephant show is only during weekend. It made the destination was less attractive since we had to woke up early for long trip, but not many things to see and do. So maybe better communication n detailed explanation next time..If no elephant show on Monday, we shd switch to Sunday.
