The Jimbaran Beach, is one of the beach in Bali that serves a beautiful panoramic sunset. This beach is located in Jimbaran Village, Badung Regency, Bali. It's quite close to Denpasar by 30 minutes of car ride and 10 minutes from the Ngurah Rai airport through the Ngurah Rai By Pass is the traffic were not congested.

There are cafes on Jimbaran Beach that serves seafood since it's close to Kedonganan beach which is the center of seafood produce auction in Bali. Here you could shop for various freshly caught fishes with a relatively cheap price. The cafes and restaurants offers everything from grilled fish, squid, lobster, shrimps and freshly picked coconut.

Jimbaran is also famous as the location for the most luxurious hotels in Bali. Before turning into a travel destination, Jimbaran was once a fisherman village.

Nearest Destination

Uluwatu is home of the most famous waves in Bali. The spot offers several waves which are working with different swells and tides. The Peak is best at mid and high tide, closes out at low tide. In front of the cave, it's the most consistant. The Racetracks is at 100 meters further with fast wave, a lot of sections with easy tubes. Best at low tide and at 6 ft which can hold bigger swell. On the right tide and the right swell, 'The Peak' connects with 'Racetracks'. Outside corner is the real Uluwatu. Works only with big swells (>8 feet) and at low tide. The lower the tide, the better is the wave. Take at least a 7" board. It is a succession of long walls good for carving and, sometimes, a beautiful final tube. Temple is less surfed.
