WONDERFUL LOMBOK
Lombok is an island in West Nusa Tenggara province, Indonesia. It forms part of the chain of the Lesser Sunda Islands, with the Lombok Strait separating it from Bali to the west and the Alas Strait between it and Sumbawa to the east.
Lombok has many small islands called "GILI". White sandy beaches, tropical coral reefs, warm inviting waters. All this awaits you on all the Gili islands in Lombok. ABOUT LOMBOK
Located just east of Bali, 45 minutes by plane from Denpasar, Bali or 2 hours 20 Minutes from Jakarta. Lombok is part of West Nusa Tenggara. With beautiful beaches, enchanting waterfalls, the large volcano of Mount Rinjani.
The dominant Sasak culture in Lombok and the very restrained and quiet nature of its people may help explain why Lombok is less popular in terms of shopping, cuisine, and nightlife than Bali. Lombok is however becoming increasingly popular with tourists and honeymooners who want to relax in an inexpensive, tropical, un-crowded atmosphere, with many natural treasures and majestic scenery. Nothing happens quickly in Lombok and visitors who are stressed from their daily lives find Lombok a delightful place to unwind.
Lombok will be divided into some area:
West Lombok Area (Bangsal, Lembar, Mataram, Tanjung, Senggigi.)
North Lombok Area (Mount Rinjani, Senaru)
Central and East Lombok Area(Praya, Labuhan Lombok, Selong, Tetebatu)
South Lombok Area (Kuta, Sekotong, Tanjung Aan)
Magnificent remote beaches and surfing heaven
Gili Islands (Gili Air, Gili Meno, Gili Trawangan)
ABOUT GILI
Gili meaning "little island" and when people talk of "the Gilis", they usually refer to the three little islands: Gili Trawangan, Gili Meno and Gili Air.
Gili Trawangan is the largest and most built up among the three islands. Surrounded by white sandy beaches, turquoise water and a mesmerizing underwater life, it has the largest number of guesthouses, hotels and resorts. This, combined with bars and holiday atmosphere make this the most popular among travelers. Most accommodation and other facilities on the island are on the east side.

Whether you simply want to try scuba diving, do fun diving or go all out and complete a dive course or dive master program, here is the hub of Lombok diving with a heap of dive schools and dive sites to choose from.
